HDC was established in 2009, as a manufacturer specializing in a wide range of precision CNC machined parts and custom metal parts.

In 2010, HDC started to focus on Billet CNC machined parts for Powersports Components. In the following years, we continued to gain knowledge and experience in this field and gradually moved into a larger range of products for other racing areas such as Racing karts, Cars, and Bikes.

Since 2016, we have opened a new runway - Trailer accessories. In the past 5 years, we have developed many trailer hardware such as Hinges, U-bolts, Ramps, Hitches, Latches, and Handles. They are all our strong main points.

As your one-stop custom metal parts supplier, we get all of the main processes finished in-house, which includes CNC turning, stamping, laser cutting, and welding.

Equipped with Stamping machined from 15T to 400T, HDC can make stamp parts from 0.5mm to 20mm, our skilled technician team also can make the mold by ourselves, which can save cost and time, all your molds are lifetime guaranteed. To ensure the welding quality is consistently at a high level, we also have our own welding team, that can weld steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.

2. Understanding The Design

Our design team has the prime objective of acquiring the CAD design for all products. The prime focus of the design team is to understand the product and see the tolerances allowed for the product.

3. Finalizing The Approach

The next step is to finalize the process. At this stage of quality control, our teams finalize the process to be adopted. Importance is given to the most cost-effective and technologically advanced process. It is followed by an arrangement of any documents required for the process completion. Once it has been decided which process is the best for the part, we start the machining process. Other aspects that we consider at this stage are the timelines of the project and the amount of time we have for the process. Consequently, we make slight changes according to the time we have on our hands and then finalize the approach.
 

4 Material Inspection

In order to maintain a good CNC machining quality control program, it is essential to account for the material and quality of the material to be used. So, we always purchase the materials from big companies and apply material inspection before machining, we make sure it meets the requirements of our client. Also, we ensure that the material we use has the certification required by our client's relevant industry or country. As such, we eradicate any material issues at a very early stage of the process. Moreover, if our client has some regulatory requirements to incorporate into the product, we can do it.
