A: Yes, with our experienced engineers and in-house CNC machining capability, we can design and manufacture dies, providing rapid support for design changes.
 
Q: Are the products custom ones?
A: Yes, all the products are custom-made - we can produce them from drawings or samples.
 
Q: Do you have any off-the-shelf parts?
A: All our parts are made to order - we don't keep stocks.
 
Q: What are the main materials you forge and machine?
A: You can choose from stainless steel, aluminum alloy, carbon steel, brass, superalloy, and other metal materials for the precision forging process. 
 
Q: Which format drawings can you read?
A: We can read both 2D/3D drawings, such as .dwg,.x_t,.igs, and .stp.
 
Q: Do you have a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
A: For precision forging, our MOQ can be as low as 100-500 pieces for small and medium-sized parts. For large or complex parts, we can discuss further. We also welcome small batch trials to help you test the market.
 
Q: Can we get a sample before bulk orders?
A: Yes - samples are available for quality approval ahead of time.
 
Q: Who owns the die after production?
A: The tooling is your asset. We keep it safely in our tool room with clear labeling. You can request to take it back at any time, or we can store it for you free of charge for future repeat orders.
 
Q: What kind of payment terms does your company accept?     
A: We accept L/C T/T, Western Union, and PayPal as payment terms.
 
Q: Will my drawings be safe after sending them to you?
A: Of course. We have a strict privacy policy and will protect each customer's information. It will only be given to the person you designate with your permission.
 
Q: Do you offer after-sales service?
A: Yes, we offer after-sales service and are responsible for quality issues caused by the manufacturing process and material.
 
Q: What is your typical lead time for a custom order?
A: Die making usually takes 2–4 weeks. Sample forging takes about 2–3 weeks. Mass production lead time is around 4–6 weeks depending on order quantity and complexity. We can also offer express service for urgent projects.
 
Q: What shipping methods does HDC provide?
A: We offer air, sea, and rail transportation, as well as express delivery services. If you have different requirements, please contact us for details.
