HDC was established in 2009 as a manufacturer specializing in a wide range of precision CNC-machined parts and custom metal parts.

In 2010, HDC started to focus on Billet CNC-machined parts for Powersports Components. In the following years, we continued to gain knowledge and experience in this field and gradually moved into a larger range of products for other racing areas such as Racing karts, Cars, and Bikes.

Since 2016, we have opened a new runway - Trailer accessories. In the past 5 years, we have developed many trailer hardware such as Hinges, U-bolts, Ramps, Hitches, Latches, and Handles. They are all our strong main points.

 As an ISO 9001-certified manufacturer, we have extensive experience in custom CNC machining and metal fabrication services, and OEM services for our customers for several years, and have also gathered a group of skilled workers and experienced engineers.

HDC, an ISO9001-certified manufacturer, has been engaging in CNC Machining & Metal Fabrication for more than 13 years, and we have gained rich experience in the trailer hardware field. As your one-stop custom metal parts supplier, we get all of the main processes finished in-house, which includes CNC turning, stamping, laser cutting, and welding.

Equipped with Stamping machines from 15T to 400T, HDC can make stamp parts from 0.5mm to 20mm. Our skilled technician team can also make the mold by ourselves, which can save cost and time; all your molds are lifetime guaranteed. To ensure the welding quality is consistently at a high level, we also have our own welding team that can weld steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.

Therefore, we stay in close communication with our clients, listen carefully to the parameters and design requirements shared with us, and perform as per their requirements. In case we have a query related to the order, we communicate and clarify with our clients. This is our first step to ensure that we get the product right and as per the requirements of our clients.

2. Understanding The Design

Our design team has the primary objective of acquiring the CAD design for all products. The prime focus of the design team is to understand the product and see the tolerances allowed for the product.

3. Finalizing The Approach

The next step is to finalize the process. At this stage of quality control, our teams finalize the process to be adopted. Importance is given to the most cost-effective and technologically advanced process. It is followed by an arrangement of any documents required for the process completion. Once it has been decided which process is the best for the part, we start the machining process. Other aspects that we consider at this stage are the timelines of the project and the amount of time we have for the process. Consequently, we make slight changes according to the time we have on our hands and then finalize the approach.

4. Material Inspection

In order to maintain a good CNC machining quality control program, it is essential to account for the material and quality of the material to be used. So, we always purchase the materials from big companies and apply material inspection before machining, and we make sure it meets the requirements of our client. Also, we ensure that the material we use has the certification required by our client's relevant industry or country. As such, we eradicate any material issues at a very early stage of the process. Moreover, if our client has some regulatory requirements to incorporate into the product, we can do it.

Q1: Are you a factory?

     A: Yes, we are a factory and have been specializing in trailer parts for over 15 years. 
 

Q2: What kinds of trailer parts do you offer?

     A: We offer weld-on hinges, piano hinges, spring latches, trailer ramps, U bolts, etc. All of these are our regular products.
 

Q3: Do you provide samples? Is it free or extra?

     A: Yes, we could offer the samples for free.
 

Q4: What's your packing?

     A: Generally, bulk packing in cartons, then pallets, customized packing is also available.
 

Q5: What do I need to offer a quote?

     A: For common trailer parts, just tell us the specification and quantity. For custom metal parts, please offer us drawings or samples and the quantity. 
 

Q6: How long should we take for a quotation?

     A: After receiving detailed information, we will quote within 8 working hours.
 

Q7: How about the lead time?

     A:30-45  days after receiving the orders 
 

Q8: Can we visit your factory?

     A: You are welcome to visit our factory, just inform us before you come, and we will offer help and arrange the pickup.
 

Q9: What is your MOQ?

     A: Our MOQ depends on the parts, generally 500 pcs for each item. We welcome trial orders before mass production.
 

Q10: What kind of production service do you provide?

       A: All kinds of CNC machining&metal fabrication; stamping, laser cutting, welding.
 

Q11: Can you supply OEM?

       A: Sure, we always supply customized services according to customers' drawings or samples.
 

Q12: Is it OK to print my logo on your product?

       A: Yes, welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.
