Process capability: We produce piano/continuous hinges by continuous die stamping, roll forming, knuckle forming, pin insertion, locking, and cutting to length – from your drawings or our custom tooling.
Material selection: We work with stainless steels, carbon steels, brass, aluminum, and special alloys on request.
Dimensional control: We hold ±0.10mm on standard features and tighter on your critical datums such as hole spacing, knuckle alignment, and overall length.
Surface quality: We deliver as-formed finishes of Ra 3.2–6.3μm – a clean foundation for coating, anodizing, or assembly.
Complex geometries: We form continuous knuckles, interlocking leaves, countersinks, weld tabs, and custom hole patterns from a single tool.

Equipment capability: 3-axis to 5-axis CNC used as a secondary operation after stamping and roll forming – for hinge features that require tolerances beyond standard stamping.
Target features: Pin holes, countersinks, mounting faces, end cutouts, special slots, and custom profiles on unique hinge parts.
Dimensional accuracy: We hold ±0.01mm on critical hinge datums such as pin hole position, bore diameter, and mounting hole pattern – so your hinges mate and swing correctly.
Post-forming stability: Where required, we stress-relieve hinge components before final machining – so critical dimensions do not move.

Heat treatment capability: We operate in-house equipment and match cycles to your hinge material – so you get the hardness, strength, ductility, or stress relief you need.
Surface cleaning process: We use shot blasting, deburring, and chemical passivation – so your hinges arrive free of scale, burrs, and oxides.
Surface refinement options: We offer polishing, grinding, and AFM – so your pin holes, sliding surfaces, and visible faces are as smooth as you require.

     A: Yes, we are a factory and have been specializing in trailer parts for over 13 years. 

Q2: What kinds of trailer parts do you offer?

     A: We offer weld-on hinges, piano hinges, spring latches, trailer ramps, U-bolts, etc. All of these are our regular products.

Q3: Do you provide samples? Is it free or extra?

     A: Yes, we can offer samples for free.

Q4: What's your packing?

     A: Generally, bulk packing in cartons and then pallets; customized packing is also available.

Q5: What do I need to offer a quote?

     A: For common trailer parts, just tell us the specification and quantity. For custom metal parts, please offer us drawings or samples and quantity. 

Q6: How long should we take for a quotation?

     A: After receiving detailed information, we will quote within 8 working hours.

Q7: How about the lead time?

     A: 30-45  days after receiving the orders 

Q8: Can we visit your factory?

     A: You are welcome to visit our factory; just inform us before you come, and we will offer help and arrange the pickup.

Q9: What is your MOQ?

     A: Our MOQ depends on the parts; generally, 500 pcs for each item. We welcome trial orders before mass production.

       A: All kinds of CNC machining&metal fabrication: stamping, laser cutting, welding.

       A: Sure, we always supply customized services according to customers' drawings or samples.

       A: Yes, welcome a sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.
