Process capability: We produce piano/continuous hinges by continuous die stamping, roll forming, knuckle forming, pin insertion, locking, and cutting to length – from your drawings or our custom tooling.
Material selection: We work with stainless steels, carbon steels, brass, aluminum, and special alloys on request.
Dimensional control: We hold ±0.10mm on standard features and tighter on your critical datums such as hole spacing, knuckle alignment, and overall length.
Surface quality: We deliver as-formed finishes of Ra 3.2–6.3μm – a clean foundation for coating, anodizing, or assembly.
Complex geometries: We form continuous knuckles, interlocking leaves, countersinks, weld tabs, and custom hole patterns from a single tool.

Equipment capability: 3-axis to 5-axis CNC used as a secondary operation after stamping and roll forming – for hinge features that require tolerances beyond standard stamping.
Target features: Pin holes, countersinks, mounting faces, end cutouts, special slots, and custom profiles on unique hinge parts.
Dimensional accuracy: We hold ±0.01mm on critical hinge datums such as pin hole position, bore diameter, and mounting hole pattern – so your hinges mate and swing correctly.

     A: Yes, we can offer samples for free.

     A: Generally, bulk packing in cartons and then pallets; customized packing is also available.

     A: For common trailer parts, just tell us the specification and quantity. For custom metal parts, please offer us drawings or samples and quantity.

     A: After receiving detailed information, we will quote within 8 working hours.

     A: 30-45  days after receiving the orders

     A: You are welcome to visit our factory; just inform us before you come, and we will offer help and arrange the pickup.

     A: Our MOQ depends on the parts; generally, 500 pcs for each item. We welcome trial orders before mass production.
