Q1: Are the products custom ones?
A: Yes, all the products are custom-made - we can produce them from drawings or samples.
Q2: Do you have any off-the-shelf parts?
A: All our parts are made to order - we don't keep stocks.
Q3: What are the main materials you machine?
A: You can choose from the stainless steel grades 304, 316, 304L/316L, 410, 416, and 17-4 for the investment casting process.
Q4: Which format drawings can you read?
A: We can read both 2D/3D drawings, such as .dwg,.x_t,.igs, and .stp.
Q5: How about your MOQ?
A: We do not have an MOQ. 1 piece is also machined.
Q6: Can we get a sample before bulk orders?
A: Yes - samples are available for quality approval ahead of time.
Q7:How about the lead time?
A: Samples will take around 4 weeks to be completed, and production takes around 20-35 days from when the samples are confirmed.
